Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group – Hebersham NSW is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary education setting supporting students with additional learning needs.

This is a permanent, full-time position (five days per week during school terms) commencing Term 4, 2026. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide individual and small-group assistance, helping students build confidence and remain engaged in learning.

Our Client School (Secondary, Special Education) is seeking an exprrienced Teaching Assistant to join their team in Blacktown, NSW.

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary education setting supporting young people who require additional support to successfully engage with their learning. This is a permanent, five-day-per-week position working during school terms only, commencing Term 4, 2026.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individual and small-group assistance, helping students build confidence, remain engaged in their education and achieve positive learning outcomes.

• Genuine passion for helping young people achieve positive outcomes
• Current Working With Children Check and relevant eligibility to work within a NSW school environment
