Job summary

Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School in Keilor East, Melbourne, is seeking engaging Teacher Librarians to provide high-quality library services for the Senior School (Year 11 and 12). This full-time ongoing role commences 25 January 2027 and requires knowledge of the VCE curriculum, strong student management, and a library qualification (preferred).

• Support information literacy, research skills and reading programs across the Senior School.
• Promote a positive learning environment with effective classroom and library collaboration.
• Maintain accurate cataloguing, circulation and resource management.

The role

Expressions of interest are sought from engaging and suitably qualified and experienced Teacher Librarians to provide a high-quality library service for staff and students at the Senior School (Year 11 and 12), Larkin Centre, Keilor East campus.

This is a full-time ongoing position commencing on 25 January 2027. The successful applicant will demonstrate:
