Job summary

Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School in Keilor East, VIC, invites expressions of interest for a Teacher Librarian to support the Senior School (Year 11–12) at the Larkin Centre. This is a full-time ongoing position commencing 25 January 2027.

The successful applicant will provide a high-quality library service to staff and students, with a focus on the VCE curriculum and information literacy. Applicants should have a library qualification and school experience, strong student management,

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality library service for staff and students at the Senior School (Year 11–12), Larkin Centre, Keilor East campus.
• Support information literacy and research skills across the Senior School.
• Manage library resources, collections and spaces to support teaching and learning.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate library programs into the curriculum.

The role

Expressions of interest are sought from engaging and suitably qualified and experienced Teacher Librarians to provide a high-quality library service for staff and students at the Senior School (Year 11 and 12), Larkin Centre, Keilor East campus.

This is a full-time ongoing position commencing on 25 January 2027. The successful applicant will demonstrate:
