The Teacher Aide (Junior School) provides support to teaching staff in the delivery of the junior school curriculum. The Teacher Aide (Junior School) supports the effective delivery of classroom programs by providing organisational, administrative, and student support assistance under the direction of the classroom teacher and Head of Junior School. The role contributes to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-prepared learning environment to enhance student learning outcomes. The role focuses on providing support, enabling the classroom teacher to deliver the educational program effectively.
