Ventia in Hobart is seeking a senior operational leader to act as Project Manager for a major facilities maintenance and asset management contract across Tasmania. You will lead the delivery, drive performance, manage safety culture and optimise efficiencies for a geographically dispersed portfolio.

You will leverage extensive experience in facilities management, utilities or asset management, build strong relationships with TasWater and key partners, and shape governance and commercial outcomes

Formación

• Significant experience leading complex maintenance, utilities, infrastructure or asset management operations.
• Proven success managing large, complex contracts and budgets.
• Strong commercial acumen and track record of client engagement and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across a large facilities maintenance contract.
• Drive contract performance against service levels, KPIs and customer expectations.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across maintenance, infrastructure services and supporting functions.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with TasWater, stakeholders and partners.
• Champion a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Maintain contract governance, compliance and risk management.
• Take ownership of budget, P&L performance and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery and value.
• Lead contract optimisation, asset management improvement initiatives.
• Develop organisational capability through workforce planning and leadership development.
