Job summary

Firmus Technologies in Sydney is seeking a Project Manager – Capital Projects (Launceston) to drive delivery from gateway to handover in Tasmania. You will supervise design, procurement, construction and commissioning, while ensuring safety, quality and budget adherence.

Lead on-site teams, consultants and contractors, manage programme and cost reporting, and escalate risks early. Prior experience in data centres or energy infrastructure is advantageous; relocation to Tasmania with regular site

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience delivering capital projects, ideally in data centres, energy or industrial infra.
• Strong programme and cost control, scheduling, forecasting and change control.
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and vendors to a single programme.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Launceston project from gateway approval to handover on time and within budget.
• Manage design development, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Maintain safety, quality, and complete project records and reporting.
