Job summary

Zinfra, based in Hobart, has created a Senior Contracts Administrator role to support TasNetworks under a major O&M contract. The position focuses on embedding commercial excellence across maintenance, asset management and field delivery.

You will work closely with TasNetworks and internal teams to lead contract administration, manage variations and claims, assess risks and maximise commercial outcomes while ensuring safe, reliable service delivery for the client.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial and contractual matters within utilities or energy projects.
• Strong contract administration, variations, change management and negotiations experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, operations and finance.
• Sound commercial judgement and proactive issue resolution.
• Proven track record delivering outcomes in live contract environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, variations, claims, cost recovery and negotiations across a major O&M contract.
• Partner with TasNetworks and internal teams to manage obligations and maximise performance.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks, revenue leakage and margin impacts in a high-volume service delivery context.
• Provide commercial advice to operations and support dispute resolution and complex matters.
• Support mobilisation and growth of the newly secured contract with Tasmania's energy infrastructure organisation.
