Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Foreman/Leading Hand roles within a similar industry.
• 15 years supervisory experience in complex process plant, oil and gas or heavy industry environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety, environmental and quality compliance.
• Coordinate project resources, labour, equipment and materials.
• Supervise site personnel and ensure efficient work delivery.
• Ensure personnel meet all induction, qualification, licensing and training requirements.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement risk control measures.
• Maintain workmanship standards, inspections and quality records.
• Coordinate workforce mobilisation and demobilisation with HR and Resourcing.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage site activities and operational issues.
• Maintain timesheets, equipment records and project reports.
• Provide leadership, training and guidance to site personnel, and undertake other duties as directed by the Operations Manager.
