Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking a Talent & Succession Specialist to join our Box Hill-based team on a 3-month contract, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and workforce capability initiatives to identify and develop future leaders across the business.

Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will support talent management, identify high-potential employees, assist with workforce planning, and partner with leaders to build talent pipelines and leadership capability.

Box Hill | $500 + Super per day | 3-Month Contract

We are seeking a Talent & Succession Specialist to join a leading organisation based in Box Hill. This role will focus on talent development, succession planning, and workforce capability initiatives, helping to identify and develop future leaders across the business.

About the Role

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Experience in talent management, succession planning, organisational development or a related HR discipline
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• The ability to analyse talent data and identify development opportunities
• Experience partnering with leaders and influencing decision-making
• A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, Talent or Organisational Development
