Job summary

Peoplecorp in Sydney seeks a Talent Specialist to own recruitment across the firm, partnering with senior leaders to shape briefs and assess candidates. You will manage a busy pipeline and drive best practice in Employment Hero, data accuracy and system use.

You’ll contribute to performance reviews, policy updates and wellbeing initiatives, while exploring new ways of using technology and AI in recruitment within a supportive, diverse team.

THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a respected professional services firm based in Sydney. People build long careers here, and the team is warm, welcoming and genuinely proud of its culture. With a strong hiring pipeline ahead, the firm is building its recruitment capability in-house.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the Talent Specialist will own recruitment across the firm. You will partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to shape briefs, assess candidates and secure the right people. You will manage a busy pipeline of roles and build relationships with talent for the future. You will take ownership of Employment Hero, keeping data accurate and improving how the system is used. As the role grows, you will contribute to performance reviews, policy updates, wellbeing initiatives and new ways of using technology and AI in recruitment.

THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this Talent Specialist role, you will bring hands-on recruitment experience, ideally hiring within professional services. Experience with Employment Hero or a similar HRIS will be highly regarded. This role will work well for a confident, collaborative individual, that is comfortable building relationships face-to-face and with senior stakeholders. Above all, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where delivery matters.
