Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment coordination.
• Strong candidate sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
• Excellent phone-based engagement and relationship skills.
• Confidence screening candidates against role requirements.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and pipelines.
• High organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working within high-volume or bulk recruitment environments.
• Comfortable using AI.
• Proactive, resilient and results-driven.
• Experience using ATS, CRM or recruitment management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review recruitment plan, daily vacancies, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via database, job boards, and talent pools.
• Create job orders and job ads.
• Conduct outbound candidate screening conversations.
• Assess candidate fit against role requirements and criteria.
• Build relationships with prospective candidates and refer to roles.
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Attend client meetings via Teams and provide activity updates.
• Collaborate with Resourcer to engage talent for bulk campaigns.
