Job summary

Gartner in North Sydney is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our experienced Sourcing team. You'll proactively identify, engage and assess high-achieving sales talent for current and future opportunities across Gartner's Sales Recruiting Business.

This role is regional, covering Australia, NZ and South East Asia, with hybrid work and generous training. You'll use LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and AI tools to build pipelines and support hiring managers across markets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or sourcing.
• Experience with sales hiring is a plus.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business, build relationships, and manage talent pools.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for vacancies.
• Communicate employer value proposition to candidates.
• Create targeted talent campaigns using structured approaches.
• Conduct initial screens and record-keeping in CRM/ATS.
