Job summary

Levyl is partnering with a scaling Australian financial services organisation to appoint a Talent Partner who will play a key role in supporting the next stage of growth. You will build always-on talent pipelines and partner with leaders across Sales and Operations to attract, engage and hire the right talent.

Qualifications

• Internal Talent Acquisition background or agency recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales and Operations.
• End-to-end recruitment experience across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Operations from role briefing to offer.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and reduce reliance on inbound applications.
• Manage external agency partnerships and PSA arrangements.
• Coach leaders through structured interviews and decision-making.
• Improve processes and systems to enhance candidate experience and time-to-fill.
