Levyl Pty Ltd, partnering with a scaling Australian financial services organisation, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the hiring engine for Sales and Operations. Build always-on talent pipelines, create exceptional candidate experiences and manage agency partnerships to shape hiring decisions.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, and embed yourself within the business to ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment across Sales and Operations (from role briefing to offer)
• Build proactive talent pipelines across key hiring areas
• Partner with hiring managers to understand capability requirements and provide market insight

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes across Sales and Operations, from role briefing through to offer
• Build proactive talent pipelines across key hiring areas rather than relying solely on inbound applications
• Develop sourcing strategies via direct sourcing, referrals, networks and early careers channels
• Support graduate and early-career hiring initiatives, including campus attraction and talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to understand capability requirements and provide market insight
• Coach leaders through structured interviews, assessment and decision-making
• Improve recruitment processes, systems and ways of working for a seamless experience
• Manage external agency relationships and PSA programs
• Use recruitment data to track pipeline health and time-to-fill metrics
• Provide visibility of recruitment progress to senior leadership
