Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Operations roles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines across key hiring areas.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies via direct sourcing, referrals and networks.
• Support graduate and early-career hiring initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand capability requirements and market insights.
• Coach leaders through structured interviews and decision-making.
• Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Manage external agency relationships and suppliers.
• Use metrics to track pipeline health and time-to-fill.
• Provide regular recruitment progress updates to senior leaders.
