Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support within a People and Culture environment.
• Knowledge of Victorian public sector People and Culture policies, processes and systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across recruitment and mobility processes and prepare paperwork, schedule interviews, manage queries and maintain records.
• Support research, information management and People and Culture projects.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, ensure processes comply with policies and governance requirements.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve employee experiences and support strategic workforce goals.
