Job summary

Airtree is seeking a Talent Manager to join our People team and oversee talent across our portfolio, then help with Airtree's internal hiring as you ramp. You will report to the Head of People & Talent who has held this role for two years.

You will become the central point in our Talent function, advising founders on hiring, performing searches, and driving events that grow Airtree's talent brand across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in talent acquisition or related recruitment roles.
• Experience from an executive search firm, tech internal team, or recruitment agency.
• Genuine ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, not just fill roles.
• Comfortable owning end-to-end searches from scoping to offer.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted talent advisor to founders and leadership across Airtree's portfolio.
• Help portfolio companies build hiring processes, interview frameworks, and talent strategy as they scale.
• Hands-on with hiring for portfolio companies from scope to offer.
• Run Airtree Engineering Community events for top engineers, CTOs and technical founders.
