Job summary

News Corp Australia is seeking a Talent, Growth and Leadership Analytics and Operations Lead to orchestrate learning programs and internal events with precision. Reporting to the Head of Talent, Growth and Leadership, the role combines end-to-end event logistics with a data-driven approach to manage program operations, finances and LMS governance.

You will coordinate training events across venues and travel, collate metrics for HR leadership, oversee invoice processing, and support eLearning

Qualifications

• Proven track record coordinating corporate or learning events end-to-end.
• Experience with LMS, HR platforms and analytics/spreadsheets.
• Exposure to eLearning authoring tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training events from start to finish including venues, travel, invitations and post-event feedback.
• Collate and analyse program metrics to deliver performance reports for HR leadership.
• Manage LMS records, invoices, and supplier payments; maintain master team calendar.
• Support creation of eLearning content and keep learning site up to date.
