News Corp Australia Regional Queensland, AUS – Bowen Hills QLD is seeking a Talent Growth and Leadership Analytics and Operations Coordinator. The role blends end-to-end event logistics with a data-driven approach to manage program operations, financial administration and LMS governance.

You will coordinate training events, analyze metrics for HR leadership, manage LMS records and vendor payments, and support eLearning content in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record coordinating corporate or learning events end-to-end.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR platforms, and spreadsheet analytics.
• Exposure to eLearning authoring tools is a major plus.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across levels, including senior leaders.

What's the role?

As the Talent, Growth and Leadership Analytics and Operations Lead,you will ensure learning programs and internal events run with absolute precision. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, Growth and Leadership, this role blends end-to-end event logistics with a data-driven approach to manage program operations, financial administration, and LMS governance across the organisation.

Event & Logistics Management:

Coordinate training events from start to finish—managing venues, cohort lists, invitations, travel arrangements, and post-event feedback.

Analytics & Reporting:

Collate and analyse program metrics (attendance, completion, survey insights) to deliver clear performance reports for HR leadership and key business stakeholders.

System & Finance Administration:

Manage LMS records, oversee invoice processing and vendor payments, and maintain the master team calendar.

Digital Assets & Learning Site:

Support the creation of eLearning content using authoring tools and keep the internal learning site fresh, accurate, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Who are you?

You are an action-oriented, tech-savvy coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision matters. You balance exceptional organizational capability with strong data skills and seamless communication.

• Experienced Operator: You have a proven track record coordinating corporate or learning events end-to-end, managing travel, venues, and complex schedules.
• Data & Systems Proficient: Experienced with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR platforms, and spreadsheet analytics. Exposure to eLearning authoring tools is a major plus.
• Detail-Oriented & Financial Savvy: Confident handling corporate financial processes, including purchase orders, invoice coding, and supplier management.
• Exceptional Communicator: Skilled at adapting your style to liaise professionally with stakeholders at all levels, from participants to senior leaders and external facilitators.
• Adaptable Problem Solver: Able to manage multiple competing deadlines with urgency, enthusiasm, and a focus on continuous improvement.
