Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Advanced Analytics Lead to shape the organization’s next‑generation Talent Intelligence and Advanced Analytics strategy. You will lead executive advisory, advanced analytics, AI innovation, and data product delivery to empower leaders with actionable intelligence.

You will own the analytics product roadmap, team delivery, and adoption across global Talent functions, while driving responsible AI and scalable analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, statistics, computer science, economics, business analytics, or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 18 to 20+ years of experience in Talent Analytics, Planning, Talent Intelligence, Data Science, AI, Copilot or related fields.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive influence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Talent Leadership to define and execute the Talent Intelligence strategy.
• Lead the development of advanced analytics models to identify workforce risks and forecast talent demand.
• Design and deploy AI-powered talent intelligence solutions using ML, Generative AI, NLP, and knowledge graphs.
• Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management of Talent analytics products.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, analytics consultants, and product managers.
