Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Product Owner – AI x Functional to shape how Talent technology and AI enhance employee experience across a global organisation. You will connect AI initiatives across Talent, Enterprise platforms, and supporting functions, translating business needs into valued product outcomes.

You will lead strategy, prioritise investments, and drive governance, adoption, and continuous improvement across Talent products, partnering with stakeholders across Talent and Enterprise

Qualifications

• Strong product ownership or product management experience within complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to connect strategy, business needs, data, technology, and user experience into practical solutions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Talent technology capabilities.
• Connect AI-related initiatives across Talent and Enterprise functions to create a joined-up employee experience.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve Talent processes and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs.
• Drive governance, adoption, and continuous improvement across Talent products and services.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation and change adoption.
