Job summary

News Corp Australia is seeking a Talent, Growth and Leadership Analytics and Operations Lead to drive end-to-end event logistics and data-driven program operations. You will manage LMS governance, financial administration, and site governance across the organisation, partnering with the Head of Talent, Growth and Leadership.

You’ll balance precision with a data-driven mindset, coordinating events, analysing metrics, and maintaining vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating corporate or learning events end-to-end.
• Proficient with Learning Management Systems and HR platforms.
• Strong data skills with ability to translate metrics into reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training events from start to finish, including venues, travel, invitations, and post-event feedback.
• Collate attendance, completion, and survey data to create clear performance reports for HR leadership.
• Manage LMS records, invoices, and supplier payments; oversee master calendar.
• Support creation of eLearning content and maintain the learning site aligned with priorities.
