Job summary

Blinq is hiring a Talent Associate in Melbourne. You will support sourcing, coordination and candidate communications across engineering, product, design and commercial teams.

This is a hands-on role with room to grow, working closely with our People & Talent Lead to deliver a great candidate experience from first contact. Whether you’re a graduate or have 1–2 years of recruitment-related experience, you’ll bring curiosity, initiative and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate or around 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, coordination, customer service, sales or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Find great people by researching companies, mapping talent markets and sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platform and other channels.
• Start conversations with thoughtful outreach that explains why candidates should learn more about Blinq.
• Keep hiring moving by coordinating interviews, scheduling and timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Create a great candidate experience by keeping candidates informed, prepared and supported throughout the process.
• Learn to assess talent by clarifying role needs, reviewing applications and shadowing supported screening conversations.
• Keep recruitment data useful by maintaining accurate candidate records and tracking progress to identify bottlenecks.
• Improve how we work by exploring AI and automation to reduce admin while applying sound judgment.
• Help tell the Blinq story by supporting job adverts and employer branding initiatives.

Previous recruitment experience isn’t essential.You’re organised and reliable.
