Blinq in Melbourne is seeking a recruiter/coordinator to grow our candidate pipeline as we scale. You will work with our People & Talent Lead to find talented people, keep hiring moving, and ensure candidates have a great first impression.

You will gain exposure to engineering, product, design and commercial teams, starting with sourcing, coordination and candidate communication. As you grow, you’ll take on screening conversations and more ownership.

Qualificações

• Graduate or 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, coordination, customer service, sales or related field.
• Organised and reliable; able to manage priorities and close the loop.
• Clear and warm communication, written and spoken.
• Curious about people, technology and what makes someone successful in a role.
• Take initiative; comfortable asking for help when needed.
• Open to feedback and willing to act on it.

Responsabilidades

• Find great people through research, map talent markets and source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and other channels.
• Start conversations with thoughtful outreach that explains Blinq's value.
• Keep hiring moving by coordinating interviews, scheduling, and following up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Create a great candidate experience, keeping people informed, prepared and supported.
• Learn to assess talent by clarifying role needs and developing interviewing skills through shadowing.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, track progress and analyze what's working.
• Explore AI and automation to reduce admin and improve research and communication.
• Help tell the Blinq story by supporting job adverts and employer branding.

About the role

This is an opportunity to build your career in recruitment at a growing technology company. You'll work closely with our People & Talent Lead to find talented people, keep hiring processes moving and give candidates a great experience from their first conversation with Blinq.

You'll get exposure to hiring across engineering, product, design and commercial teams. To start, you'll focus on sourcing, coordination and candidate communication. As your confidence and skills grow, you'll take on screening conversations and more ownership of roles, with coaching along the way.

What you'll do

• Find great people. Research companies, map talent markets and source potential candidates through LinkedIn, our recruitment platform and other channels.
• Start conversations. Write thoughtful outreach that gives people a clear reason to learn more about Blinq.
• Keep hiring moving. Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling and follow up with candidates and hiring managers so nothing gets missed.
• Create a great candidate experience. Keep people informed, prepared and supported throughout the process, including when the outcome isn't what they hoped for.
• Learn to assess talent. Help clarify what each role needs, review applications and develop your interviewing skills through shadowing and supported screening conversations.
• Keep our recruitment data useful. Maintain accurate candidate records, track progress and help us understand what's working and where we're getting stuck.
• Improve how we work. Explore ways to use AI and automation to reduce admin and improve research and communication, while applying sound judgment.
• Help tell the Blinq story. Support job adverts, employer branding and initiatives that help the right people discover us.

What you'll bring

• You're a graduate or have around one to two years of experience in recruitment, coordination, customer service, sales or a related field. Previous recruitment experience isn't essential.
• You're organised and reliable. You can manage competing priorities, keep track of details and close the loop.
• You communicate clearly and warmly, whether you're writing an outreach message or speaking with a candidate.
• You're curious about people, technology and what makes someone successful in a role.
• You take initiative. When something needs doing, you're comfortable having a go and asking for help when you need it.
