Job summary

Nexia Australia is seeking a Talent Advisor for our Sydney office to support internal resourcing with the potential to expand into external recruitment. The role reports to the HR Manager and works closely with Partners, leaders and HR colleagues to deliver practical recruitment outcomes.

You will deliver end-to-end recruitment support, partnering with leaders to understand workforce needs and provide market-informed advice.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Professional services recruitment experience, ideally within accounting or legal.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Clear communication skills and a practical, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, initially focused on internal resourcing.
• Partner with leaders on role scoping, approvals and resourcing decisions.
• Support transition to blended internal and external recruitment approach.
• Screen, interview and support selection decisions.
