We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver high‑quality in‑country recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, technical, business development and functional roles – while also lifting how talent acquisition is done across a global organisation. Reporting to the General Manager – People & Culture, this standalone talent specialist role suits someone who enjoys hands‑on recruiting, but also wants to shape frameworks, influence leaders, and build sustainable talent pipelines in a business that is scaling internationally.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• 3‑5+ years’ experience in end‑to‑end resourcing and recruitment
• Proven experience recruiting engineering, manufacturing, business development and functional roles in global, matrix or high‑growth organisations
• Strong sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates
• Experience improving or implementing recruitment processes and frameworks
• Ability to work across multiple roles, stakeholders and time zones
• Strong communication skills and credibility with hiring managers
• High attention to detail and strong compliance mindset
• Experience using an ATS (JobAdder highly regarded) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Exposure to heavy industry, fabrication, OEM, mining services or engineering
• Workforce planning, talent analytics or employer branding experience
