Job summary

Jungheinrich Australia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Sydney to secure the right people for our growth. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, scope roles, and coordinate with Global HR and external immigration specialists to ensure smooth onboarding and visa processes.

You will implement innovative talent acquisition strategies, collaborate with the Training Department on skill assessments, and support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent across our intralogistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR or Business Admin; 5 years experience in lieu of degree
• Experience in materials handling/intralogistics
• Generalist HR experience with stakeholder collaboration

Responsibilities

• Recommend and implement talent acquisition strategies
• Manage requisition approvals and end-to-end recruitment
• Collaborate with HR, and immigration specialists on visa/PR matters

Job Description

Join us as our Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Sydney, where you will assist us to secure the right people for the right roles at the right time to support our significant growth agenda. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for: recommending and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with organisational goals and industry trends managing the requisition approval process overseeing/ administering end to end recruitment processes in collaboration with our Business Excellence Centre located in Malaysia ensuring that new roles are effectively scoped and evaluated assisting with the implementation of the Jungheinrich apprenticeship program to nurture further talent collaborating with Global HR specialists and local marketing team to create engaging employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns working with the Training Department to evaluate and implement effective skill - based competency assessments. leading onboarding induction sessions to ensure that new hires are supported and set up for success partnering with external immigration specialists to coordinate visa/PR application lodgement for new and existing employees

What We’re Looking

• Experience in materials handling/ intralogistics industry
• Extensive experience in similar Talent Acquisition role
• Experience in a generalist HR capacity
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers, and external stakeholders
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Must have Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or 5 years full time work experience in lieu of Degree qualification
