Ampcontrol is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across a broad mix of trades, engineering, corporate services and management roles. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and contribute to regional campaigns across Australia.

You will source talent through diverse channels, advise managers throughout the process, and help optimise recruitment systems and candidate experience.

• Experience in high-volume recruitment, in-house or agency.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive approach with initiative to identify solutions and move things forward.
• Strong attention to detail across recruitment administration and processes.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Willingness to think creatively to improve attraction and recruitment methods.

• Work as part of an outcomes-focused team while managing your own recruitment portfolio.

At Ampcontrol, our people are at the heart of what we do. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in attracting and securing talent across a diverse range of roles, from trades and engineering through to corporate services and management.

No two days will be the same. You’ll manage recruitment end-to-end, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and contribute to recruitment initiatives that support Ampcontrol’s continued growth.

What you’ll do

• Source and engage talent through a range of channels, using creative and proactive recruitment strategies.
• Provide advice and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to the review and improvement of recruitment processes, systems and candidate experience.
• Work as part of an outcomes-focused team while managing your own recruitment portfolio.

About you

You’ll be a proactive and driven recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on variety. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.

To be successful, you’ll have:
