Ampcontrol is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and secure talent across trades, engineering, corporate services and management. You’ll manage recruitment end-to-end, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and contribute to initiatives that support Ampcontrol’s growth.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, juggling multiple vacancies with a high level of service, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

• Previous high-volume in-house or agency recruitment experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive approach with initiative to identify solutions and move things forward.
• Strong attention to detail across recruitment administration and processes.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to think creatively and continuously look for ways to improve how we attract and recruit talent.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of positions, locations and business areas.
• Recruit across trades, engineering, corporate services, professional and management roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, agencies and external partners.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver local, regional and national recruitment campaigns, including apprentice and graduate programs.
• Source and engage talent through a range of channels, using proactive recruitment strategies.
• Provide advice and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to the review and improvement of recruitment processes, systems and candidate experience.
• Work as part of an outcomes-focused team while managing your own recruitment portfolio.
