Job summary

Brennan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver end-to-end recruitment for permanent and contract roles, supporting Brennan's internal hiring and staff augmentation practices. You will partner with hiring managers, customers and stakeholders to source high-quality technology talent across permanent and contract opportunities.

You will manage the full lifecycle, develop strong client relationships in the ACT/Federal Government market, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment or resourcing for IT/tech or professional services.
• Agency, RPO or internal recruitment experience is highly regarded.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and gross profit/placements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full candidate lifecycle: screening, interviews, shortlisting, presenting to internal managers.
• Develop client relationships within ACT and Federal Government markets.
• Deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes by understanding requirements and end-to-end process.
• Build proactive talent pipelines across ICT disciplines.
• Utilise sourcing strategies: networking, referrals, advertising, Boolean search, direct approaches.

The role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll deliver end-to-end recruitment across both permanent and contract opportunities, supporting Brennan's internal hiring needs and also our Staff Augmentation practice.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, customers and stakeholders to source and secure high-quality technology talent across both permanent and contract opportunities, helping Brennan and its customers build high-performing teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and presenting candidates to internal managers and external customers.
• Develop and grow strong client relationships within the ACT and Federal Government market (amongst others).
• Consistently deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes by understanding internal manager & external client requirements, providing market insights, and managing end-to-end recruitment process.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across multiple ICT disciplines to support current and future client needs.
• Utilise a range of sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, advertising, Boolean search, and direct approaches to attract top talent.

What you will bring to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in recruitment or resourcing, spanning both permanent and contract / staff augmentation environments, ideally within IT, technology or professional services.
• Agency, RPO or internal recruitment experience is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated success in a target-driven recruitment environment, with a track record of hitting Gross Profit or placement targets.
• Demonstrable stakeholder at all levels, including with external customers.
• Understanding of advanced search techniques, including Boolean search.
• Strong sense of urgency, self-motivated and results driven, with a strong desire to win.
