As a 100% Australian‑owned and operated consultancy with the highest level of government defence membership, we’ve built a reputation as a trusted partner delivering impactful ICT and Cyber solutions to the nation’s most critical programs.

As we continue our growth across Defence and Federal Government programs, we’re searching for mission‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialists — someone who wants their work to contribute to Australia’s national security and capability.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting exceptional talent with meaningful, security‑cleared opportunities across ICT, Cyber, and National Security domains.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Source and headhunt cleared professionals via LinkedIn and niche networks
  • Write and promote engaging job ads
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates in line with Australian Standards
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain CRM/ATS data integrity
  • Prepare candidate packs and conduct reference checks
  • Provide trusted advice to both candidates and clients
  • Drive growth across our Professional Services and Recruitment divisions
  • Work toward learning new skills such as tender writing, responding to government requirements, pricing and contract negotiations.

About You

You’re more than talent acquisition— you’re a connector, problem solver, and purpose‑driven professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments.

Required experience and attributes:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • Interest or experience in Defence, ICT, Cyber, or Engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisation, initiative, and follow‑through
  • A positive, proactive attitude and resilience under pressure
  • Ability to work on‑site in Canberra or Melbourne
