You will build pipelines, maintain records, and drive a streamlined recruitment process while supporting onboarding and broader HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the OSHC sector and its compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment with attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Passionate about delivering both quality hires and compliant outcomes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment across OSHC services nationally.
• Partner closely with Area Managers and leadership teams.
• Manage high-volume roles including Coordinators, Educators, and leadership positions.
• Ensure all hires meet strict compliance requirements (WWCC, qualifications, right to work, references).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.
• Build talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Drive best-practice recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Support onboarding and broader HR initiatives.
