Working as part of a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in delivering a large-scale recruitment initiative, managing high-volume hiring activity and partnering with stakeholders to attract and secure top talent across a national branch network.

You are an experienced recruiter with a proven background in high-volume recruitment and stakeholder management. You bring energy, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, and you're comfortable operating in environments where priorities can change quickly.
Experience recruiting within retail, banking, customer service, contact centre, telecommunications, or other volume-based environments will be highly regarded.
