Job summary

Macquarie Technology Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with senior leaders across technical, sales and corporate functions. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping hiring strategies and strengthening employer branding to attract exceptional talent.

Based in Sydney with a blended office-and-remote arrangement, you’ll manage multiple vacancies, build proactive pipelines, and drive best-practice recruitment processes while delivering an outstanding

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role - Minimum 5-8 years Recruitment/ Talent Experience.
• Experience recruiting Sales professionals would be desirable.
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Confident sourcing and attracting passive talent in competitive markets.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Agency recruitment experience highly regarded.
