Job summary

Noumi Limited (ASX: NOU) is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to build capability across teams, from frontline manufacturing to senior leaders, and to partner with People & Culture to drive continuous development.

Reporting to the P&C Director, you’ll design and deliver blended learning, lead end-to-end L&D projects, and use analytics to measure impact. Travel interstate to our Shepparton site is required.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering adult learning solutions for mixed white- and blue-collar workforce.
• Proven ability to build L&D programs, systems and processes.
• Strong facilitation, communication and consulting skills; trusted from shop floor to executive level.
• Experience tailoring content to diverse learning needs and literacy levels.
• Experience managing external vendors and delivering value for money.
• Accreditation in learning, coaching or change management advantageous.
• Able to travel occasionally interstate to Shepparton Manufacturing site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses across the business using data and performance insights.
• Partner with P&C BPs and business leaders to shape the annual learning and leadership development plan.
• Design and deliver blended learning programs (face-to-face and virtual) that uplift capability.
• Build leadership development solutions aligned to Noumi's values and strategic goals.
• Support succession planning and identify emerging leaders with P&C BPs.
• Lead L&D projects end-to-end on time, in scope, on budget, including managing external learning providers.
• Using learning analytics to evaluate impact and refine what we offer.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the P&C Director, you'll drive the learning initiatives that build capability, support performance and embed a culture of continuous development across Noumi - from frontline manufacturing teams to senior leaders. This role suits a pragmatic, hands‑on L&D leader who's comfortable operating where structures are still emerging, and who can build practical, scalable programs that meet immediate needs while laying real foundations for the future.

You’ll be:

• Conducting robust training needs analysis across the business, combining consultation, data and performance insight
• Partnering with P&C Business Partners and business leaders to shape the annual learning and leadership development plan
• Designing and delivering blended learning programs (face‑to‑face and virtual) that drive real capability uplift and behavioural change
• Building leadership development solutions aligned to Noumi's values and strategic goals, including tools that help frontline leaders coach on the ground
• Supporting succession planning and the identification of emerging leaders, in partnership with P&C BPs
• Leading L&D projects end‑to‑end on time, in scope, on budget, including managing external learning providers
• Using learning analytics to evaluate impact and continuously refine what we offer

What you’ll bring

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering adult learning solutions across a mixed white‑and blue‑collar workforce, with strength in leadership development and TNA
• Proven success building L&D programs, systems and processes
• Strong facilitation, communication and consulting skills, with the ability to build trust from the shop floor to the executive table
• Experience tailoring content and delivery to diverse learning needs, styles and literacy levels
• Experience managing external vendors and delivering value for money
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development or a related field desirable.
• Accreditation in learning, coaching or change management (e.g. TAE, LSI, Gallup Tools, PROSCI) advantageous.
• Ability to travel occasionally interstate to our Shepparton Manufacturing site
