Shield AI, a venture-backed defense-tech company, is seeking a strategic, hands-on Talent Acquisition leader to shape the end-to-end approach for attracting and hiring exceptional engineering talent across APJ.

You will build scalable recruiting processes, partner with engineering leaders, and develop strong regional pipelines as needs evolve. Experience in APJ markets and collaboration with cross-functional teams is preferred.
