Job summary

Convil Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator for our Wetherill Park site in Sydney's western NSW. You will own end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational and administrative roles, proactively headhunting top talent and managing HR onboarding and admin tasks.

You will work with management to forecast workforce needs, maintain records and support day-to-day HR processes. This diverse role offers growth as the business expands its civil infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience using SEEK and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Strong screening and interviewing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational and administrative roles.
• Source and approach candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn and networks; headhunt where needed.
• Coordinate interviews, salary discussions and offers; build candidate shortlists.
