Job summary

Forsight is expanding its casual Talent Acquisition network to support in-house recruitment for frontline disability support roles and occasional management/corporate vacancies. Roles can be remote or hybrid and offered as casual or contract via ABN.

We seek experienced recruiters who can start quickly and deliver results while maintaining a strong candidate experience. As a member of the casual TA network, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles, build pipelines, and engage

About the role:

Forsight is actively building a small network of experienced Talent Acquisition Consultants to support our in-house recruitment function.

The work assignments will vary in scope and duration but are principally to support periods of increased hiring demand as well as strategic sourcing initiatives for hard to fill roles and locations.The roles will largely be frontline disability support and from time to time, management and corporate vacancies as well.

These casual roles would suit experienced recruitment professionals who are available to commence at short notice. Work can be remote or hybrid. Come on as a casual or contract to us via your ABN. Whatever works best – it’s about results!

As a member of our casual TA network, we'll be looking for you to:

Deliver end-to-end recruitment primarily for frontline worker roles – Disability Support Workers and Team Leaders

Source, screen and engage high-quality talent

Conduct candidate screening, assessment, and interview management

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Provide positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Work collaboratively withour onsite teams
