Job summary

Hotel Federal in Hobart is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume hospitality portfolio from Chefs to Golf Course Attendants and Gaming Staff.

You’ll own and execute specialised programs to improve talent attraction, candidate experience, hiring manager capability, and compliance outcomes, while partnering with the People & Culture Department and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to implement diverse sourcing strategies and assess candidates effectively.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role supports a high-volume Hospitality portfolio, managing end to end recruitment for a diverse workforce from Chefs to Golf Course Attendants and Gaming Staff and everything in between!

You’ll also own and execute specialised programs of work that improve talent attraction, candidate experience, hiring manager capability, and compliance outcomes.

The Talent Acquisition Team are a specialist team which includes two Talent Acquisition Advisors, two Talent Acquisition Specialists and Head of Talent Acquisition, working as part of the People & Culture Department and with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
