Job summary

The Athlete’s Foot Rosebud is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences with the help of MyFit 3D technology. You will drive sales, manage rosters, oversee stock, and mentor staff in a supportive store environment.

You’ll work with premier brands and contribute to community partnerships while upholding OH&S standards and a strong customer-centric culture. Training and growth opportunities are available within Accent Group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a senior casual/Supervisor role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Solid understanding of stock control and merchandising best practices.

As Assistant Store Manager, You’ll

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service, utilising our advanced MyFit 3D technology.
• Motivate and inspire your team to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor team performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to effectively manage rosters and control wage spend within company guidelines.
• Support daily store operations, ensuring high standards in store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management.
• Champion team training, development, and succession planning to build a strong, skilled workforce.
• Foster community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare professional relationships.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements in line with national and state regulations.

Skills And Experience

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or senior casual Sales Assistant, Key Holder, Supervisor or 3IC in a fast-paced retail environment
• A results-driven, ‘Make it Happen’ mindset
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Proven success in meeting KPIs and sales targets
• Solid understanding of stock control and visual merchandising best practices
