The Athlete's Foot Rosebud is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work with top footwear brands, lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced store, and partner with the Store Manager to drive exceptional customer experiences and store performance.

This role focuses on leading by example, mentoring staff, managing rosters, maintaining store presentation, and building strong connections with the local community through partnerships and health professionals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or senior casual Sales Assistant, Key Holder, Supervisor or 3IC in a fast-paced retail environment
• A results-driven mindset ('Make it Happen')
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Proven success in meeting KPIs and sales targets
• Solid understanding of stock control and visual merchandising best practices
