Job summary

TAE Academy in Australia seeks experienced Trainers and Assessors (TAE40122) for full-time or part-time permanent positions. You will deliver compliant TAE training and assessment, support learners, and provide timely feedback across online, virtual classrooms and onsite delivery.

As a trainer, you will ensure ASQA and RTO compliance, maintain quality resources, and contribute to learner outcomes across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Current qualifications meeting ASQA’s Credentials Policy for delivery of TAE training products (Diploma of VET or higher).
• Demonstrated experience as a Trainer and Assessor.
• Strong facilitation, communication and assessment skills.
• Sound knowledge of VET compliance and ASQA standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) and related skill sets.
• Facilitate engaging face-to-face and online training.
• Provide learner support and academic guidance.
• Mark assessments in line with ASQA and RTO compliance requirements.
• Provide clear, timely and constructive assessment feedback.
• Maintain accurate records in line with RTO compliance standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training resources and assessment tools.

Trainer and Assessor – TAE (Full-time or Part-time, Permanent)

TAE Academy | Certificate IV in Training and Assessment | VET | RTO

TAE Academy is seeking experienced Trainers and Assessors (TAE40122) to join our growing team in full-time or part-time permanent roles. This role is ideal for VET professionals passionate about quality training, assessment, and supporting the next generation of trainers.

About TAE Academy

TAE Academy is a specialist Registered Training Organisation (RTO) focused exclusively on the delivery of TAE qualifications and skill sets. We work with trainers, assessors, teachers and industry professionals across Australia to strengthen capability within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.

The Role – Trainer and Assessor (TAE)

As a Trainer and Assessor, you will deliver compliant and engaging TAE training and assessment, support learners throughout their studies, and provide high-quality assessment feedback. You will work with participants from a wide range of industries, including VET, VETDSS and foundation skills contexts.

Delivery is a combination of:

• Online / virtual classroom delivery
• Face-to-face delivery at schools or client premises
• Assessment marking and reporting from home

Key Responsibilities
