Job summary

An experienced Defence capability professional is sought to support the delivery of a significant Defence acquisition program in Australia. You will develop facilities-related capability documentation and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure infrastructure requirements are identified and delivered to meet program objectives.

You will work with project teams, end users and specialist stakeholders to support governance activities and project planning, with travel as required and finalisation of

Qualifications

• Active NV1 security clearance.
• Experience in Defence acquisition, capability development or infrastructure delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Excellent written documentation and reporting capability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing capability, infrastructure or project documentation.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Developing high-quality facilities requirements and supporting artefacts.

Your new company An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Defence capability professional to support the delivery of a significant Defence acquisition program. Working within a complex stakeholder environment, you will play a key role in the development of facilities-related capability requirements, helping shape the infrastructure and support environment required for a future Defence capability.

Your new role As a Systems Specialist - Facilities, you will be responsible for developing facilities-related capability documentation and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure infrastructure requirements are identified, documented and delivered in support of program objectives. You will work closely with project teams, end users and specialist stakeholders to support approvals, governance activities and project planning.
