Job summary

• 5+ years designing, deploying, and operating modern workplace environments in medium to large enterprises.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust workplace controls including identity-centric access and passwordless approaches.
• Knowledge of cloud-first workplace environments and modern device management practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support modern workplace and end user computing solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of identity and access management services.
• Provide guidance on complex technical issues and support escalations.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve service delivery.
• Embed security-by-design principles and collaborate with cybersecurity teams.
• Collaborate across technology teams to manage dependencies and successful delivery.
