Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a hands-on Systems Engineer (Infrastructure) to join the Enterprise Technology team in Australia. You will balance day-to-day operational support with improvement initiatives across Windows/Linux, cloud platforms, networking, and security.

Reporting to the Enterprise Technology Manager, you will lead automation with IaC tools, contribute to DevOps practices, manage backups and DR, and create runbooks and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows Server and Linux environments in enterprise settings.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms and networking.
• Hands-on security hardening and patch management.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server and Linux environments and ensure high availability.
• Manage AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure, networking, and cost optimisation.
• Implement IaC and automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Deliver security uplift and remediation aligned with SIP.
• Oversee M365 administration including Entra ID and Exchange Online.
• Maintain enterprise networking, licensing renewals, and vendor relationships.
