Job summary

NSW Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to manage the Citrix farm infrastructure, including NetScaler VPX, while contributing to AD projects and other IT tasks within Digital Health Services.

You will work in a team focused on health server infrastructure, ensuring reliable services and modernising cloud and on‑prem environments across NSW Health’s Northern Sydney Local Health District.

Qualifications

• Experience with Citrix infrastructure including on prem/cloud management.
• Hands-on knowledge of NetScaler VPX and related Citrix components.
• Experience with VMware from deployment to ongoing management and versions.
• Proficiency in building and managing servers in Azure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the Citrix farm infrastructure (NetScaler VPX) across on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Support minor Active Directory projects and related infrastructure tasks.
• Assist with other technologies used by Digital Health Services as required.

What you’ll be doing

Your main area of expertise should be working with the Citrix farm infrastructure including NetScaler's (VPX), minor AD work/projects and other work outlined in the available PD.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

• Explain your knowledge and experience with Citrix infrastructure including on prem/cloud management and NetScaler's (VPX).
• Share your experience / knowledge of VMWare from the initial build stage to management and versions utilised.
• Explain your experience of building / managing servers in Azure.
