Clicks IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Citrix NetScaler (ADC) Engineer for a major transformation program in a highly secure enterprise.

The role focuses on hands-on delivery: building, configuring, testing, and implementing Citrix NetScaler solutions to support a modern, resilient Citrix platform. You will collaborate with Project, Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams across non-production and production environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler ADC and Gateway technologies.
• Proven experience deploying NetScaler VPX appliances in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in load balancing, GSLB, VIP configuration, and traffic management.
• Experience integrating NetScaler with Entra ID, SAML, MFA, and certificate-based authentication.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Citrix NetScaler (ADC) Engineer to join a major transformation program within a highly secure enterprise environment.

This is a hands-on delivery role focused on the build, configuration, testing, and implementation of Citrix NetScaler solutions supporting a modern and resilient Citrix platform.
Working closely with Project, Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams, you will play a key role in delivering critical NetScaler and remote access technologies across both non-production and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and implement Citrix NetScaler ADC/Gateway solutions.
• Deploy and support NetScaler VPX appliances and NetScaler ADM (Console).
• Configure load balancing, GSLB, VIPs, authentication, and session policies.
• Integrate NetScaler with Microsoft Entra ID, SAML, MFA, and PKI services.
• Support secure remote access solutions and enterprise security requirements.
• Produce implementation, testing, as-built, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with Network, Security, Infrastructure, and Project teams to deliver project outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler ADC and Gateway technologies.
• Proven experience deploying and configuring NetScaler VPX appliances in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in load balancing, GSLB, VIP configuration, and traffic management.
• Experience integrating NetScaler with Entra ID, SAML, MFA, and certificate-based authentication solutions.
• Strong understanding of PKI, SSL certificates, and secure remote access technologies.
• Experience with NetScaler ADM (Console).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across Citrix, networking, firewall, and authentication technologies.
• Previous experience delivering infrastructure projects and production implementations within large enterprise environments.
