Job summary

Rauland Australia Pty is seeking an experienced Solutions/Systems Engineer to implement designs and deliver Rauland's technology solutions across healthcare-focused environments. You will deploy, configure, and support customer-hosted environments, integrating apps, infrastructure, databases and cloud platforms.

You'll drive testing, troubleshooting, and automation adoption while collaborating with customers and project teams to meet business goals and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux administration experience in complex customer environments.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end projects from design to support.
• Solid experience with systems integration and cloud architectures.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Solutions/Systems Engineer to play a key role in implementing designs, integrating and delivering Rauland's technology solutions across complex customer environments. Working across healthcare and mission-critical settings, you'll help implement reliable, scalable and supportable solutions that connect people, systems and technology to improve healthcare outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Implement our design that delivers customer requirements.
• Deploy Rauland solutions integrating customer applications, infrastructure, databases and cloud platforms.
• Deploy, configure, and provide support for customer-hosted environments, ensuring reliable and secure performance.
• Lead testing, validation, troubleshooting and resolution of technical and integration challenges.
• Drive adoption of automation, Infrastructure-as-Code and continuous improvement to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Partner with customers and project teams to design and deliver technical solutions that meet business and operational requirements.
• Contribute to technical standards, knowledge sharing and innovation across the business.

About You

You are technically curious, commercially aware, and comfortable working through complexity.

You'll bring:

• Strong Linux administration experience, with hands‑on involvement designing, deploying and supporting infrastructure, platform and integrated technology solutions within complex customer environments.
• Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end projects, from solution design and implementation through to troubleshooting, optimisation and support transition.
• Solid understanding of systems integration, cloud and infrastructure architectures, with a practical approach to solving complex technical challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and build trusted customer relationships.
• Exposure to healthcare technology, mission‑critical systems or complex enterprise environments.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Docker and modern DevOps practices will be advantageous.
