• Develop functional and non-functional specifications, models and interface requirements.
• Evaluate options for feasibility, security, privacy, accessibility and performance.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, testers and operations teams.
• Support configuration, integration, testing, implementation and transition to meet requirements.
• Investigate incidents, defects and performance issues and identify root causes.
• Maintain traceability and system documentation, communicate risks and decisions.
