Responsibilities

• Analyze business, user and technical requirements and translate into clear system specifications, models and solution options.
• Assess existing systems, interfaces, data flows and processes to identify constraints, risks and gaps.
• Develop functional and non-functional specifications, system models, interface requirements and supporting technical documentation.
• Evaluate solution options for feasibility, security, privacy, accessibility, performance, supportability and alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, testers and operational teams to design integrated, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Support system configuration, integration, testing, implementation and transition, ensuring solutions meet agreed requirements.
• Investigate incidents, defects and performance issues, identify root causes and recommend sustainable corrective actions.
• Maintain traceability and system documentation, communicate technical risks and decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement.
